TSM does not make a log when you do a manual backup.
If you really want a log, you can use the command line version of the
client and redirect the output to a file:
dsmc d:\dir\to\back\up\* >your.log.file.name

Is the any method to view log of manual backup process as logs above ?
I only see summary log

Data transfer time: 0.36 sec
Network data transfer rate: 3,659.22 KB/sec
Aggregate data transfer rate: 282.86 KB/sec
