We had a similar problem with our TSM v5.3 install.  We had
origionally asked for TSM v5.3 on cd's.  The AIX server cd
was corrupt.  We had to download the software
from Passport Advantage to get a good binary to install from.
Installing from the downloaded version went just fine.

  To my fellow
         TSMrs
I have been trying to install ISC v5.1 on windows 2003 server and continue
to get this error
I have a pmr opened and am getting no where with this TSM I will call you
back nonsense from IBM
How can a software install cd not create its own directory. At least that
is
what i get from the error below
Everything else in there in the IBM/ISC directory, but it fails trying to
write to a log file dir that it isn't creating
Any help would be greatly appreciated
