There is no command to do that.

There is a way to do it, if you are willing/able to export and re-import
the filespace:
Assume you want the filespace from node SOURCE to be reassociated with
node TARGET.

1) Export the filespace.
2) Rename node SOURCE  TEMP.
3) Rename node TARGET SOURCE
4) Import the filespace
5) Rename node SOURCE TARGET.
6) Rename node TEMP SOURCE
7) Delete the original filespace from SOURCE, if desired

If this is a one-time thing, it may be worth doing this way.

If it is something you expect to need often, take a look at the
PROXYNODE capability in TSM 5.3, see if you can make use of that.
