Hi Matthew,

Personally, I would like to see that InsertSlashHack error message
either
rewritten to indicate that this is an internal error that needs to be
taken up with IBM technical support, or taken out of the error log
altogether. Thus far you've done a good job of trying to track down the
cause. I would recommend that you obtain a SERVICE trace that captures
the
problem, and contact IBM technical support for further assistance.

To get the trace, add the following to the dsm.opt file:

   TRACEFLAGS SERVICE
   TRACEFILE some_trace_file_name

(you can pick your own trace file name)

Then reproduce the problem. When contacting support, provide the
complete
command line output, error log, and trace file, along with the other
information that you have gathered on the symptoms of the problem.
