If you don't have access to a new tape library for the new server, your
only choice is run an export/import process from the old TSM server to
the new one. This will be a disagreeably slow process.

You can connect both TSM servers to the same library, but you'll have to
have all new storage pools (and tape volumes) for the new server to use.
(This assumes that your library has adequate room and can be logically
partitioned; I don't know the Adic library line.) The export/import
function will move data off of the old server's storage pools and place
it in the new server's storage pools.

You may have to go back to management and say that the proposed
migration cannot happen unless you get adequate resources.
