Error allocating device !!!

I have a problem , when i try to backup data base for Oracle.
First i Created a Link with this command:
$ ln -s /usr/lib/libobk.so $ORACLE_HOME/lib/libobk.so
i send the backup and then come out this error:
RMAN> run
2> {
3> allocate channel t1 type 'sbt_tape' parms
4> 'ENV=(TDPO_OPTFILE=/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/oracle/bin/tdpo.opt)';

Linux Error: 106: El otro extremo ya estaonectado

ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
SBT error = 7011, errno = 106, sbtopen: system error
Recovery Manager complete.
