Hi Karel,

I tried all, reconcile and audit vol :

Reconcile breaks after a while, the audit volume tells me that
ANR2410E AUDIT VOLUME: Unable to access volume BC0ADSM1.BFS.030707476 -
access mode is set to "unavailable".

But the access-mode is still readwrite and not unavailable, thats the
problem. If I try an "delete volume BC0ADSM1.BFS.030707476 discarddata=yes"
the TSM-Server crashs.

Thanks
Chris

Hi,

Try the following things:
- Reconcile volumes fix=yes;
- audit vol fix=yes

This should resolve the errors.

Only use delete volume (discard=yes) if no other action is available
(the volume is completely lost).

Regards,

Subject: Del copy-pool volume

Hi all,

For some time I have problems with the 'reconcile volumes'. Now I found
one copy-pool volume (Server-to-Server Virtual Volume) that might be
responsible for the errors.
Because the volume seems to be empty I tried to delete it. But then the
TSM-Server-Software (5.1.7.3 on AIX 5.1) crashed.
Is there any possibility to delete this volume.

When I look at that volume it shows some strange parameters :

                   Volume Name: BC0ADSM1.BFS.030707476
             Storage Pool Name: COPY_POOL
