If you are using TSM 5.2:

Start with the Admin web interface
Click OBJECT VIEW -> AUTOMATION -> SERVER COMMAND SCRIPTS

Click the NAME of the script you want to edit

Pull down OPERATIONS -> UPDATE SCRIPT

Make the changes you want in the window, and click FINISH.
