        Yes, that is correct. We (IBM TSM performance) do recommend a
value that is higher than what SELFTUNEBUFPOOLSIZE can achieve. When the
SELFTUNEPOOLSIZE reaches 10% of real memory, it does not go above this value.

1/8=12.5%  ,  so SELFTUNEBUFPOOLSIZE is limited to a value that is below
the recommended optimal?
