Nothing that I know of. TSM Operational Reporting gives you a lot of
useful information, but not the actual logs themselves. Some users point
the log files to shared disk storage that allows easy remote access.

Not as such, but you can schedule a restore with the DEFINE SCHEDULE or
DEFINE CLIENTACTION command.
