Other than the fact that it won't work, no.

Solaris filesystem structures are radically different than JFS (or JFS2)
filesystem structures used by AIX. Files are built in different ways,
and are not movable in that way from one OS to another. (Although I have
seen a demonstration of restoring AIX files to a Linux system--I have no
details on the process, however.)

Why not just create an NFS connection and move/copy the files?
