I'd try running the scheduler in "classic" mode first (rather than
dsmcad), see if you get a better idea of what the problem is.

The client is running as an admin-equivalent user, so rights shouldn't
be an issue.  I did look around for the _T-00002.TMP file, and it wasn't
anywhere on the sys: volume.  So it appears that the b/a client is
looking for a file that doesn't exist.  I'm just not sure why it's
looking for the file, or how I could just get it to create/use a new
one.

Troy - I would expect that to be a permissions issue.
