Look up the ASC/ASCQ values in the TSM Mesages manual, Appendix C. For the
ASC=15, ASCQ=01 "Mechanical Positioning Error". You might want to see if the
library itself if flagging any error messages. If TSM can't mount a volume,
it will mark that volume as unavailable, or if it's a Scratch volume, it
will make it Private to prevent a reoccurance of the error.
