There is nothing wrong with this output. Migration is not happening as
there are no data to migrate (Pct Migr is 0.0). Since you do not have
caching on, it's your client sessions who have locked 77.7% space is
your DISKPOOL. Issue "q sess" command to find out node names who is/are
locking this much of space in DISKPOOL. 

Migration will start as soon as running sessions finish, and you will
see Pct Migr in that column.
