Ibm 3494 with 4 3590-b1a drives.

Almost daily, random volumes will be changed to access = unavailable.
When a q vol f=d is done, it is not in error state, and once I do an update vol 
back to access=readw, all goes well.

So far, I have detected no pattern in which volumes are effected.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
