Hi all,
I have recently switched on ITSM "Open File Support" on a client and have
been monitoring it for
the last few days. I have been seeing messages similar to these below:-

I naturally assumed these files weren't being backed up and kept tweaking
SNAPSHOTIDLEWAIT
and SNAPSHOTIDLERETRIES to no avail. Eventually I checked these files
against the backup to find
that they were being backed up despite the ANE4037E msgs. Is this what is
expected or have I missed
something ?
