Hi Bill,
when you issue those commands, are you directly on server with TDP or use terminal connection? You can not use terminal connection
when using TDP for Domino. This is true for command line client and also for GUI.

Has body any experienced the following :-

From TDP for Domino command line > DOMDSMC QUERY  ADSM

Response :-

Fails miserabley : PANIC: Unable to complete restart processing.
