Hi,
If you have a backup copy group for a notes server, say Notes
active, which is no longer being backed up, how would the fact that no
more backups are going to be taken affect the expiration of data from the
TSM server. If the version exists is set to say 10 but you have 8 versions
which currently exist on the server what would happen in this scenario? I
have been told that as no new backups are being taken that none will get
deleted until retain extra versions value has been reached if the versions
delete parameter is set to 1 ? Can anybody advise whether this is correct
or not

Also on the retain only version parameter, if this is set say to 60 days,
after that 60 days passes, is the backup version deleted from the TSM
server or would this only happen if a new backup had been taken since
then.
