AW: pre and post script in AIX

Hi Luc,
yes, you should put these to keywords into dsm.sys.
Example: PRESchedulecmd /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/precmd.sh
I use the precmd to backup the system configuration to a flat file using
cfg2html.

Betreff: pre and post script in AIX
Hi,
I have a TSM server W2K 5.2.0.2
I have to backup a AIX server, but to do so . I have to run a script before
and after the backup ...
What option should I use ...?? I found 2 options to put in the DSM.SYS
file (POSTSCHEDULECMD and PRESCHEDULECMD) but I'm not sure ..
Should it work ????
thanks
