Hi,

The User Guide says regarding Alternate Server Domino Environment :

" Install Data Protection for Domino on this machine and perform the
following:
  1) Update the dsm.opt file so that it contains the same settings as the
dsm.opt file on the production server."

My queries are :

1) In the alternate server dsm.opt file should the NODename be the same as
in the production server dsm.opt ?

2) Do I need to register the alternate server node name on the TSM server
?
    eg.   register  ALT_SERVER_DOMINO domain MAIL password=XXXXXXXX

TSM Server 5.2.2.0 for Windows, Notes Server W2003, TDP for Domino 5.1.51
