On one of our AIX TSM Clients that we upgraded to 5.1.6.11, some precmd scripts 
keep failing.
When we checked out the OS Level  it is at 4.3.3 and
bos.rte.libc       4.3.3.92  COMMITTED  libc
   Library
bos.rte.libcfg    4.3.3.0  COMMITTED  libcfg
   Library
bos.rte.libcur     4.3.3.25  COMMITTED  libcurses
   Library

The readme for 5.1.6.11 says the bos.rte.libc has to be at 4.3.3.75 or above 
which it is. Do the other patches have to be at 4.3.3.75 and above also.
