Well, as I said before, I think you are going to need to contact support
for further assistance if it doesn't look like that APAR (suggest you
double check everything). I don't know the answer off-hand, and the
diagnostics required is beyond the scope of the kind of aid that we can
provide in this informal support forum.

It would also help to know more details surrounding the problem: exact
version of Windows you are running; what the client is doing at the time
the problem occurs; if you can reproduce outside of a scheduled event
(i.e. manually); what the output of the failing command looks like
(disable the QUIET option if you use it so complete output is available),
etc. It would also help to get a concurrent client-side SERVICE trace and
server-side GROUP SESSION trace that capture the problem. These are among
the things that support will (should) ask you for.
