The location Daniel pointed you to doesn't seem to be really up-to-date.
I asked IBM the same question a few days ago and I just received an answer.
The most recent library firmware is 2.19 for a library with the multi-path
feature, 1.38 for a library without the multi-path feature. Library
microcode cannot be upgraded automatically by the way, it requires a
physical EPROM switch, done by IBM.
The most current drive microcode for a 3570 model B drive is 429B, for a
model C drive it's 546D.

Can't find 3575 microcode ...
Hi folks,
Could anybody give me a pointer to an address where I could find latest
microcode for a 3575 library and it's drives. I already spent 1 hour on
IBM website in vain :(
