Since you are starting from the beginning, I think a really good source of
doc are the AIX certification self-study guides.

Go to www.redbooks.ibm.com and search on AIX Certification.

Sorry for the off topic post, but a pointer to a reference or two is
appreciated! ... Direct mail is gladly accepted.  If others would like a
summary I could post or e-mail a summary of  responses.

I have done Solaris and Linux, and now have an AIX system.  Can't seem to
get management to spring for a 'differences' class, so I need to do some
self education.

Does someone have suggested references for AIX administration and
maintenance? (book, web page, etc)

We are on AIX 4.3.3 now soon to move to 5L
