The DHCP and most of the ZenWorks information is stored in the
directory service.  If you are backing this up certainly the DHCP
information and the policy information for Zen is there.  There is
also likely to be a database for the inventory, and this is likely to
be stored on the SYS volume (by default SYS:/zenworks/Inv/DB/).
However the files will be held open, so the database will need to be
closed and re-opened before and after the backup.

The server autoexec.ncf is likely to have lines such as the following
for starting the services:

;ZENworks Database Settings
mgmtdbs.ncf
;ZENworks Inventory Settings
StartInv.ncf
zfdstart.ncf

I'm not certain about the cluster commands, so you may need to search
and verify the accuracy of the above!

Find the stop equivalents for unloading and run as a preschedule
command, and use the above postschedule.
