Are the tapes full or filling?
If they are filling, they won't reclaim unless they
are marked as offsite.

have 3 tapes in a copy storage pool whose pct reclaimable space
is respectively 84.4, 79.5 and 80.5

when issue the command

UPDATE STGPOOL TAPECOPY Reclaim=70

no reclaimation process ever starts

any ideas why ??
