I have an IBM3584 Library that we have divided into 4 Logical Libraries and 
assigned them to 4 TSM Servers.
3 are AIX Servers and the 4th is a Windows 2000 Server. This is new TSM Server 
that is not in production yet.
The Drives in the 4th TSM Server are attached to the Windows Server thru' the 
SAN Fabric.
For the Windows TSM Server the Library is controlled by the TSM Device Driver 
and the Tape Drives are controlled by Windows Drivers. All the drives are 
defined and can be seen by TSM. But when I try to label and checkin Tapes it 
just sits on the process. After a while it gives an I/O error on the drive and 
the process fails.
