Hi *SM'ers

Could anybody explain following behaviour, on a TSM 5.1.6.2 server, AIX
4.3 hosted.

Running following query : "select * from license_details" shows me
several nodes having last access_date > 30 days, like this one :
MGSYSLAN         PAC2K060                       2003-10-27      FALSE
                             
>From what I read in this list, a license should normally be freed after
30 days of node inactivity, what is not happening in my case. 
Any thoughts or comments on this ?
