ANR9999D error when trying to start Storage Agent

Hi All,

I've installed TSM Storage Agent 5.2.1.0 on a RedHat EL 3.0 box, but when
I try to start the dsmsta process it gives met two ANR9999D errors, on
complaining about en_US language not found and one complaining AMENG not
found.

Has anyone seen it before and knows a cure, because now I'm not able to
use the Storage Agent.
