It is normal behavior. Is there a reason you are concerned?
The "external" modification date and time stamp on a Domino database
is not really interesting. The important date/time stamps for a
Domino database are kept internally to the database itself.
The "internal" dates are the ones that Data Protection for
Domino uses for comparison during backups.
