yes we plan separate adapters for disk i/o and tape i/o.
I known the problem to use disk i/O and tape i/o on the same host bus adapter.
That's not the question.

Nobody can clarify the statement! That's my problem.
Can i use disk an tape devices in one fabric (not same hba) without problems or
must i design
two fabrics one for disk and one for tape (not zoning) ?
