How can I backup Exchange 2000 SRS via command line?

I have not found a way to backup the Exchange 2000 Site Replication Service via 
the command line with tpdexcc. The help only show how to back it up via the 
GUI. Has anyone found a way to do this?

IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Mail:
Data Protection for Microsoft Exchange Server
Version 5, Release 1, Level 5.0
