Can you spare few more minutes to report the misleading error message to 
IBM? It seems you've spent nearly a whole day beating your head over it.

I found the problem my self! I had to increase the "Maximum Scratch 
Volumes Allowed" from 100 that I had as a maximum of volumes, to more! 
Cryptic error message but now it´s solved!!
