There is a beta SMS patch you have to install.  Here is the link.

And you need to make sure you are running the 5.2.2 client since that
is the only one IBM supports with Netware 6.5.

We are running TSM 5.2.13 on an AIX 5.1 server

Is there a problem with NETWARE 6.5 and TSM at this level
