Hi All,

When I do a show slots 3575lib I see the following:

Slot 88, status Full, element number 134, barcode present, barcode value
<07527C>

The tape doesn't belong to TSM anymore (not with q v, q libv, q volh). It
is not a DB backup tape either.

I moved the tape with tapeutil to an I/O-slot and then tried a Label
Libvolume on it, but all TSM gave me was:

17-12-2003 14:55:20 ANR8841I Remove volume from slot 30 of library
3575LIB at your convenience.

Anyone knows how the tape would get in such a state? A colleague of mine
experienced the same with an LTO-library (3585) at a customer site.
I can get the tape back in TSM again, but I am curious on how tapes get
into such a state.

TSM Information: TSM 5.1.7.3 running on AIX 4.3.3 ML9.

Met vriendelijke groet, with kind regards,
