All you should need to do is shut down and re-start the TSM server; it'll
check the library at start-up.

OS is Win2000
TSM server version is 4.2.4.0
Library is a IBM 3584 LTO.

We need to add a frame to our existing LTO. IBM will come in to do the
hardware, but how do I make TSM see the new slots?
