Take a look at the DELETE VOLUME command.

First take a look at the MOVE DATA command to move the
data off of the volume.  Then you can delete the volume.

once you have read the concepts of TSM  chapter 
I guess you will not search anymore for this functions.

Forget your concerns about volumes, TSM manages them for you,
do manage storage pools only (=bunches of volumes).

Hi, I have TSM 5.2 and I'm trying to erase the content of a volume, but I
don't want to delete the logical volume.

I haven't found the good function yet.


And what is the parameter I have to use to rewrite data on volumes when
they are all full.
