We just use host scripts, and call dsmadmc for the TSM commands from within
the script.
- perl scripts from Windows (free and harmless to install)
- perl or Kornshell from AIX.

you may need a 2nd party code, try OPT COMM,
they offer dependency/ conditional scheduling.
