This can be actioned by the following :-
Select Start button ( bottom left hand corner on your Win2000 Server ) >
Programs > Admin istrative
Tools > Services
Within Services you will see TSM Client Acceptor ( right click it and then you
can start the Service )
This should be started and the Startup Type should be set to Automatic.
Also there should be Remote Client and the TSM Scheduler these should both be
in a Manual state.
