Hi All,
Noticing something fishy - the 5.2.0.0 solaris tsm client seems to
grab nearly all the memory on a system and doesn't free it up after
backup completion. Anyone else seen this? Seems to require a system
reboot (client system) to free up the memory again.
Solaris 9 on both
TSM Server 5.2.1.2 (Sun 480 w/10Gb of memory)
TSM Client 5.2.0.0 (Sun 420 w/2Gb of memory)

I tried running the client on the tsm server with the same results -
took all but 150M of 10Gb of memory while the client was running and it
didn't free up after the backup completed. Sound like a client memory
leak? Hadn't seen this on the 5.1.5 client.

Luke
