Upgrade TSM over HPUX 11.0 4.2.2.13 to 5.1.5

Hi all.
I need urgent help.
I am NOW upgrading from TSM 4.2.2.13 to 5.1.5 over HPUX 11.0.
I should remove the old version 4.2.2.13 before install new 5.1.5. So, my
"swlist -l fileset" exit show there are TSM 4.2.0.0 ( only license ) and
TSM 4.2.2.13 ( all the server ).
Should I remove all TSM 4.2.0.0 and 4.2.2.13 software before install
5.1.5.0 ?

Please Help.
