Almost true. But in Windoze world the filespaces might get renamed on
hostname change, and TSM client can create new filespace
\\<new_hostname>\c$!!!
In such cases REName FIlespace command might help

The hostname of the TSM client, and its nodename, are two entirely
separate entities.

If the hostname was FRED, edit your dsm.sys file and add the following
line:

        nodename fred

You can then change your hostname to anything you want, and TSM will not
be affected.
