anyone ever see this before in the actlog while trying to checkin a scratch
tape?:

ANR2033E QUERY STGPOOL: Command failed - lock conflict.
ANR0405I Session 107371 ended for administrator ADMIN (AIX).
ANR9999D mmslib.c(7894): ThreadId<79> Test storage volume failed - rc =
142.
ANR9999D mmslib.c(7815): ThreadId<79> Could not determine if volume VR7649
in
library TSMLIB2 is defined to a storage pool.
