the following MINIMUM software levels:

  -  Windows NT Server 4.0 SP4 or
     Windows 2000 SP1 (Server, Advanced Server or DataCenter Server)

  -  Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 SP3 or
     Microsoft SQL Server 2000 SP1

Again, the above requirements are minimum requirements.
And so...Yes, the versions you ask about are supported.
