Norbert thanks a lot for your help.
We solved the problem, a mgt class and the DSMI_xxx variables were missing,
I must admit the error msg's are not very explicit!

ADINT 2.1.4 supports TSM-API-levels 3.7.2, 4.1 and 4.2. 
TSM 5.1.5.9 is not mentioned at

AFAIK error -903 means "I/O-ERROR ON HOSTFILE"

Anything "interesting" in files dbm.ebp, dbm.prt (\sapdb\data\wrk\sid) or
the logfile specified in init.utl?
