If you are seeing "Couldn't connect to" the client is in prompted mode. Just
change its dsm.opt and state "schedmode polling".

Hi Arnauad!
I just think the terms.
But then I going to get alot of erros in our Actlog that "Could´t connect
to IP aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd"

But can you disable just one event on one node in the actlog?

Christian,

Why not to define a client schedule on TSM server with duration of 24
hours, period of 1 day, running everyday, and to associate your client with
it ? That way, you're sure every time your client connects (use schedmode
polling), a backup will be started, at least one time per day.
My 2 cents ...

Just install the scheduler service using the system (=default) or local
account. You only need a valid TSM user and password and a network
connection. No domain validation takes place.
