Hi,

Only new/changed data is send to the copy pool, so it is normal to have
filling tapes in your copy pool. Ways to keep this number down are:
reclamation of the copy pool and turn off collocation of the copy pools.

Hi Everyone,
I have TSM 4.1.5 and I am using DRM. Everyday, I do a backup of the primary
storage pool to a copy storage pool using 3494 tape library. I have many
offsite tapes that are in "Filling" status. Is this normal?
If it is not. How can I prevent this from happining and keep all the offsite
tapes "Full" instead of "Filling"?
