Are these NSF database files on a Domino server?
Are they on a Domino Server release 5 or release 6?
If so, you should use Data Protection for Domino.
It will guarantee that even if the files are
changing during a backup, the backup will be consistent.

If these are just NSF database files, not on a Domino server,
you need to make sure they are closed (not changing) before
backing them up with the TSM BA client.

As far as the NSF files are concerned, the ODS (On Disk Structure)
of an NSF file is consistent from one platform to the next.
