Strange Abort Using 5.1.6.4 on Linux Server

I get the following from my Linux server running 5.1.6.4:

05/01/03   17:04:31  ANR0985I Process 23 for MIGRATION running in the
BACKGROUND completed with completion state FAILURE at    05:04:31 PM.

Any ideas?

I unloaded, loaded, audited multiple times.  The database appears sane.  I'm
going to try auditdb with detail=yes now.
