You're never going to be able to back these files up as files; they are
the Windows registry hives, and they are backed up as systemobjects.

You either have more clients registered than you have allowed licenses
for, or you're using resources (such as the disaster recovery module)
that you are not licensed for.

In both these instances, Reading the Fine Manuals (and reviewing the TSM
Messages manual) will do you a lot of good.
